Location
The main shopping area is a one minute walk - just far enough away so that traffic noises generally go unnoticed. Within a three minute walk there are six restaurants and two pubs - everything from fine dining to Asian, carvery to hamburgers. The location is also only a few mins from Dublin city centre.
Rooms
The nine palatial bedrooms feature exquisite ensuite bathrooms, wood-clad flooring and restful furnishings. You will enjoy the unaffected and welcoming nature of the rooms. Wooden flooring and elegant bedding combines with a peaceful ambience. Three of the bedrooms open onto a lovely well-tended garden.

Directions
Nassau Street runs beside Trinity College. Follow Nassau Street east (R118) following the signs for Ballsbridge and the N11. Nassau Street becomes Leinster Street, then Clare Street, then Merrion Square North. When the road (R118) passes over the Grand Canal it becomes Northumberland Road. Go past the round American Embassy and take the first right once past Jury's Hotel onto Herbert Park Road. Turn left onto Morehampton Road, then right at Madigan's Pub onto Belmont Avenue.
It sounds more complicated than it is because the same street has so many different names. In summary, take R118 to the first right past Jury's Hotel onto Herbert Park Road. Left onto Morehampton Road, right at Madigan's and you're there.
