Newtown Farm Bed and Breakfast is a charming 3 star accommodation which is family run by Teresa and Maurice O'Connor. The bed and breakfast accommodation is located near the coastal resort of Ardmore, Co. Waterford in the wonderful Sunny South East of Ireland. They have looked after guests for the past 25 years and pride themselves on giving a warm Irish welcome. Full Irish breakfast is served in the charming breakfast room.

Location
As the guesthouse is located in the heart of the West Waterford countryside it is an ideal base for visitors wishing to explore the nearby towns and villages of Youghal, Dungarvan, Lismore and Tallow. The locality has a range of interesting activities to keep guests occupied including three 18 hole golf courses, fishing, nature walks and day trips.

The guest rooms offer a haven of relaxation and are tastefully furnished with a country house feel.Standard amenities include Internet, direct dial telephone hairdryers hospitality tray and top quality beds. All rooms have outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and gardens while south facing rooms have balconies with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
